Work Time Monitor - Tray icon |
| In Windows XP, icons in the Notification Area (on the right side of the taskbar) are hidden by default. This includes the Work Time Monitor tray icon. The following steps detail how to customize the Notification Area and make the icon visible, so that Work Time Monitor can be more easily accessed. |

Note: The following applies to Windows XP. If you are using Windows 7, click here.

1. Right-click on an empty area of the taskbar, and then click Properties.
2. In the Notification area, click Customize. 
3. Locate the Work Time Monitor icon in the list, and set the behavior to Always show. 
4. Click OK. |
